It's not presents galore like the greediness we may inadvertantly instill in our children by giving and giving and giving to them.
I am not going to give presents this year to James and he is not giving presents to me this year. I am going to make 1 present for his children to unwrap on Christmas day and then we are going to focus on Christ and his birth and what we can do to celebrate him and not ourselves.

I second that. I plan not to spend money on gifts this Christmas. Of course I plan to buy something for my son. I already created a photo album for my son's grandparents and mini photo albums for three other family members. Pictures brings precious memories. It's nice to think and to focus on Christ this Christmas.
