I am going to make some Irish Soda Bread for Saint Patty's Day. I think this is the recipe I'm going to use. Then I'm going to curl up in bed with some echinacea tea to battle my horrible cold and read my psychology book for my final on Thursday. Good luck to everyone taking finals!!!
