Canning, canning, canning. My Mom picked 20 lbs. of cucumbers and we are making them into pickles. I'll post the pictures later and the recipe if anyone wants it. It's hard work, but they're so cute with the dill weed in the jars.
Off to make more pickles....

Canning dill pickles is an easy process. It just takes a lot of time and sometimes it is hard to find the time and have the stamina to finish, especially when you can 20lbs! I'd love to live near you to help. I'm doing pears and peaches next and will probably finish the season canning tomatoes, if they'll hurry up and ripen!
