apples, apples, and more apples...
Our tree is bursting with apples. I've made two apple pies, apple crisp, apple cookies, and apple dumplings. 
I'm not sure what else to do with them. I think my Aunt cans apple filling. I'll have to see if I can find a recipe...
Other than that, I'm cleaning house, getting ready for company to stay over for the weekend and applying to grad schools...

how do you make apple cookies? You could also if you had a blender good enough throw them in there and have apple sauce...
Apple cookies are really good and easy to make. I'll send you the recipe. I'll have to try the apple sauce.
