I get free movie passes for movies before they are released for general viewing. So James and I went to the movie, The Duchess this past Wednesday. I have to say there were a few scenes that made me really uncomfortable, other than that, I thought it was a good period movie. The costumes were gorgeous. The movie made me think about how glad I am that I am a woman living in today's world then back then. Thank heavens that women's feelings and wishes matter today and that we don't have to do what men tell us to!
